About the design
All ceramic items are produced by hand and unic. Subtle variation in colour and shine/matte is part of the handmade magic. Size can differ a bit between each and are also a bit of the handmade result.
Refunds
Do check your merchandise immediatly after you receive it. All parcels are insured and therefore to be eligible for a refund the damage report must be received within 3 days of delivery and must include image of outer packaging and broken item. If report is received correctly, you will be eligible for full refund.
Returns
In case the variation you receive for whatever reason is not to your liking I will accept the item back. Contact me within 7 days of delivery. Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Custom/personalised orders and orders made-to-orders can´t be returned or exchanged. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost and original shipping fee is not refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In case the original package is damaged, make sure to replace it. Buyers is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply that may happen on the return. Buyers is responsible to keep track of the item and use the tracking info to contact the courier.
