Ceramics will be sent within two days. Photographs and posters have a processing time of one to two weeks.

About the design
All ceramics are handmade and unique. Subtle variations in colour and finish (shiny or matte) are part of the handmade magic. Sizes may vary slightly between pieces, which is also a natural result of the handmade process.
Refunds
If the artwork is broken, please send us an email witin 5 days with photos of the artwork and package, and we will provide you with a full recharge.
Returns
If for any reason you’re not happy with the variation you receive, I’m happy to accept the artwork back. Just get in touch with me within 7 days of delivery, and please ship the artwork back within 14 days. Custom or personalized orders and made-to-order items can’t be returned or exchanged. Please note that buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee isn’t refundable. Also, if the artwork isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. If the original packaging is damaged, please replace it before sending the artwork back. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that might apply to the return, and it’s important to keep track of the shipment using the tracking info and contact the courier if needed.
